When you open the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

Purpose: delivering the website, stability and security (e.g. defending against attacks). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working service).

Recipients/processors: the website is provided via the Lovable platform [FULL HOSTING PROVIDER DETAILS]; delivery runs through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). This may involve a transfer to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Retention: log data is stored by the provider only as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted.

The fonts used are loaded directly from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

FORM11 sets no cookies and does not use local storage. Your browser's session storage only holds the scroll position of recently visited pages so that “Back” returns you to the right place. This entry contains no personal data, never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab. It is strictly necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); consent and a cookie banner are therefore not required.

Your inputs in the Gear Finder and Product Check (e.g. surface, fit, budget) are used only to calculate the recommendation, are part of the page address and are not stored by us.

FORM11 links to manufacturer and retailer websites (currently Nike, adidas, PUMA and, where available, eBay). Some of these links are affiliate links.

Only when you click such a link do you leave FORM11. The destination then receives the usual technical data of your request and can recognise via the link that you came from FORM11. The respective provider is responsible for processing on its site — including any cookies used there — and its privacy policy applies.

FORM11 itself uses no tracking technology on click and does not pass personal data to retailers. eBay offer data, where enabled, is requested server-side using only the product name, without any data about you.

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or (b) where it concerns a contractual matter). The data is deleted once the request is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
